In the design and execution of concrete floors for industrial, commercial, logistics or distribution terminals one should take into account that industrial floors are subjected to significant mechanical loads, as well as abrasion and chemical resistance.
 
The type of the finishing layer of the concrete floor , as well as the degree of processing from a rough surface (for subsequent covering with tiles, epoxy or other finishing layers) to a smooth surface, depends on the function of the concrete floor – it may be on natural (a mixture of quartz, basalt and corundum) or synthetic (epoxy) basis.
